We ship transformative art to collectors around the world. Here's everything you need to know about getting your piece safely to you.

Processing Time

Original Paintings: Shippings scheduled twice per month. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Prints: Shipments go out weekly.

Print-on-Demand Items: These items are created just for you by our partner, Printful. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days before shipping.

Jewellery: Ships weekly. Each one-of-a-kind piece is handled with care and includes a care-card.

Mail Club Subscriptions: Monthly items ship during the first week of each month.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.

We offer various shipping options including standard, expedited, and express delivery where available. Large original paintings may require special handling and freight shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United States
  • International destinations (select countries)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your art on its journey to you.

Shipping Protection & Insurance

All original paintings and prints are fully insured during transit. Print-on-demand items are shipped by Printful with their standard shipping protection.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue quickly.

For damaged items, we may ask you to provide photos of the packaging and damage to help us file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. For monthly mail club it is the responsibility of the customer to update us via email at least 45 days in advance of address change.
